Five Nights at Freddy's VHS (2024)

Five Nights at Freddy's VHS is a Analog Horror fan-made Series based on Five Nights at Freddy's, a video game made by Scott Cawthon. The series is created by Youtuber "Squimpus McGrimpus" has 12 episodes in the series, each appearing to be either a test recording, a Security Guide, PSA's or an instructional VHS for preparing an animatronic .

All the episodes are their own "Found Footage" like videos. You are the protagonist. You are Michael Afton recovering your father's, William Afton's, tapes. At the end, it seems you were recording it. While on the other episodes before "Memories" William recorded and did those. You just found them.

After the videos were uploaded, they grew in popularity. People started uploading their own versions of it, their own remakes and whatnot.

Keep in mind, if you are not easy with horror, this may creep people out.

Season 1[]

Fazbear Entertainment Video Manual[]

This tape shows an instructional video manual on how to maintain and clean the "state of the art" animatronics of Freddy Fazbear's Pizza, with Freddy Fazbear being used as an example. The first step is to press the red button on the neck of the animatronic, as it will turn said animatronic into maintenance mode. The second step is to press the red button on the back of the head, so that both upper and lower jaws of the head can be removed. The third step is to press both of the animatronic's shoulders to unlock the joints, and to remove both arms. Finally, upon removing the torso, a black censor bar covers the torso stained with blood. The narrator goes off script and tells the viewer to "Climb inside the torso and accept your death.".

Bonnie Joint Movement Testing[]

This tape shows a video testing Bonnie's joint movements. For the "ARMS" test, Bonnie responds by moving both his left and right arms. For the "FINGERS" test, Bonnie responds by moving his fingers on his right hand. For the "LEGS" test, Bonnie responds by lifting his left leg and moves his left foot. However, for the "EARS" and "EYES" test, Bonnie did not respond, but only standing completely still. By the "JAWS" test, Bonnie disappears and the camera pans towards a dark space. Bonnie appears and slowly approaches the camera, before disappearing again. Afterwards, Bonnie attacks the viewer and the tape glitches.

The tape glitches to a video of a wrapped gift box sitting in the dark, with a music box being played. The Puppet emerges from the dark and stops above the wrapped gift box. The Puppet's eyes began glowing and lets out a loud scream. Afterwards, for a brief moment, Freddy or Golden Freddy emerges from the gift box and jump scares the viewer.

Sound Response Check[]

This tape shows a video testing Chica's response to sounds. the video tells the employee to make sure that both left and right speakers are correctly placed, and if not, refer to a manual. A loud beeping sound is played. If Chica responded correctly, she should look towards the left, but Chica responds incorrectly by facing to her right. The sound is played again and if responded correctly, Chica should look towards the right, but Chica responded incorrectly again by facing to her left. The sound is played once more and if responded correctly, it ends with "SHE S". Chica is facing towards the camera. An audio is played, but instead of a beeping sound, music is played. It switches to Chica again, who speaks to the viewer through text. It goes as follows.

"THIS MUSIC MAKES ME FEEL BETTER."

"IT MAKES ME THINK ABOUT BIRDS. I LIKE BIRDS. THEY ARE PRETTY."

"ONE TIME, I SAW A BIRD SLEEPING IN THE SNOW. THAT IS WHAT BAD DREAMS ARE ABOUT."

"I FEEL LIKE I'M SLEEPING IN SNOW, AND I CAN'T GET UP. IT'S TOO COLD FOR ME TO DO THAT."

"THINGS DON'T BREATHE WHEN THEY SLEEP IN SNOW. I CAN'T BREATHE."

An image of a little girl slowly appears next to Chica as she says "I CAN'T BREATHE". A very fast version of the music is played and briefly shows a dead bird on the snow with the text "I CAN'T BREATHE".

Pirate Cove Pre-Show[]

This tape shows an animated pre-show cartoon, likely made by Freddy Fazbear's Pizza, of Foxy happily announcing to his viewers that his Pirate cove show will begin within three minutes, or three sailor minutes. Just as everything was going normal, it switches to black screen with five silhouettes of children, with one child vanishing. The animation plays again, but this time, the music that goes with the cartoon is no longer playing. Before Foxy can finish his line, the audio cuts and a loud beep is played. The four silhouettes of children appear again, but another child vanishes. The animation plays once again, but an audio of a warning message saying "Viewing of this tape is prohibited, Discard it immediately" is played. The three remaining silhouettes of the children appear again, but this time all three are vanishing one by one.

Afterwards, William Afton appears, as a slim purple figure with a badge. Afton sarcastically asks "What's the matter, Foxy? I thought you wanted an audience". It abruptly switches to Freddy, Bonnie, and Chica twitching violently, along with a text saying "GO GO GO", and an audio of William Afton laughing. The tape switches back to 3D, where an animatronic Foxy is standing inside a black room, completely still. In front of him is Golden Freddy twitching rapidly, while hanged by the neck with a purple noose. Eventually, Golden Freddy stops twitching as the tape ends.

Nonexistent Video[]

This tape starts with a warning that the tape may not be suitable for photosensitive people and that it may have disturbing content, but it suspiciously tells the viewer that "you're gonna watch it anyway" and that "you have to". An advertisement of Fredbear's Family Diner plays, and shows Fredbear and Spring Bonnie performing on stage, greeting their audience. An introduction of the Springlock Suits is shown, explaining how it works, and that it has "no safety risks". Afterwards, a profile shot of Fredbear appears, but his mouth and teeth becomes stained in blood, symbolizing the Bite of 83 incident. The security office from FNAF 1 is shown, with Phone Guy saying to check the suits hidden in the back, before Golden Freddy appears.

The heads of Freddy, Bonnie, Chica, and Foxy are shown along with a text that says "Four tapes hidden inside their empty heads", referencing the previous tapes and that a Fifth tape was found inside Golden Freddy's head. The Puppet tells Michael that something happened before the death of his brother and that something is wrong with the suits. An image of Spring Bonnie is shown, along with an audio of a man suffering a springlock failure. The Puppet then tells Michael that his father, William, had suffered the same fate and asked him if he wants to find him, The Puppet appears telling him that she will show him where.

The logo of Fazbear's Fright appears, and The Puppet tells Michael that there will be a gasoline canister inside and pour it all over the building. She also tells Michael that his father will be there too and that he will look different, but he will know it's him. The Puppet proceeds to comfort Michael, acknowledging that it is difficult for him, but she says that if he does all of this, they will all be free, including him. She tells him that his brother might forgive him and that she had worked all this time to give Michael this opportunity. The Puppets ends the tape by telling Michael that she loves him, with Spring Bonnie and Fredbear appearing still with an audio of their performance.

Season 2[]

Night Security Training Video[]

This tape shows a training video for new security guards working for Freddy Fazbear's Pizza in a night shift.

The first section shows the CCTV systems of the Pizzeria. Instead of a desktop computer, the new guard will use a touchscreen tablet to access the security cameras of the pizzeria, demonstrating how it functions. Before the guide could continue, the video glitches and the blue background switches to pitch black before going back to normal, ending the first section.

The second section shows the office's door controls. The guide shows that there are two doors on the left and right sides of the office, but lacks a flashlight for the guard to use. The guide then demonstrates the door controls and that pressing the white button will activate the lights outside, but Springtrap appears outside, ending the second section.

The third section shows the possible dangers that night guards may face while working. The guide explains that during the night, all animatronics are allowed to roam around the building to keep them from locking up, so that the cost of repairs and maintenance will be low. Unfortunately, the animatronics may pose a threat of entering the office, possibly damaging valuable equipment inside and that the door controls must be used to prevent them from entering.

The forth and final section is called I am here. A purple text appears saying "The hidden room in the bathroom hallway the boards break them I'm in there I'm in there Michael your father I'm your father I want to talk to you I only want to see my boy". William Afton in his Springtrap form appears, banging and calling for Michael to break him out from the hidden room, while Springtrap slowly reveals the decayed head of Afton.

Facial Recognition Testing[]

This tape shows an employee testing the facial recognition sensors of the new Toy Animatronics, with Toy Bonnie being used as an example. The animatronics eyelids will move up if it will see a face, and that if recognized as a criminal, the mouth with open and play a beep. The employee then shows Toy Bonnie seven pictures alternating between Innocents and Criminals, working accordingly as planned. However, much to the employee's confusion, an eighth picture is shown. This causes Toy Bonnie to attack the employee, but he manages to subdue it with an electric shock. The employee yells on why they put things without telling him and that he could have died, before angrily quitting his job.

The eighth picture turns out to be William Afton as it is shown, along with a voice saying "Criminal" seventeen times. Afton's face then turns purple and contorts into a horrific smile.

Security Footage[]

This tape shows the dining area from FNAF 1. Later, both Bonnie and Chica appear and both are revealed to be a brother and sister possessing the two animatronics respectively. The two stopped on the middle of the dining area, having a conversation and it goes as follows.

Chica: Hi Lucas.

Bonnie: Hey.

Chica: Do you think it'll be him this time?

Bonnie: I don't know. Probably not.

Bonnie: For all we know, he might just be gone.

Chica: Wherever he is, I hope he's sorry for what he did to you.

Bonnie: I don't think he'd be sorry for anyone.

Chica: Well, I hope so anyway.

Chica: He should be sorry because you're a very good brother.

Chica: And I don't want you to be sad anymore.

Bonnie: Thanks. (brings his hands to his face)

Chica: Please don't cry!

Chica: I know you're sad now, but one day you won't be.

Chica: We'll go to heaven, because we're supposed to.

Bonnie: I am so glad you don't really know what's happening. (lowers hands)

Chica: Do you want me to go look?

Bonnie: Sure.

Bonnie: I'll be in the back again.

Chica: Okay.

Afterwards, Chica heads for the security office, as Bonnie heads for the other direction.

Company PSA[]

This tapes shows a video intended to be shown to all employees working at Fredbear's family diner due to an "unfortunate incident" that occurred last week. The tape shows that the whole company will be rebranding and that the original mascots of Fredbear and Spring Bonnie will be replaced with four new mascots, Freddy Fazbear, Bonnie The Bunny, Chicken The Chicken, and Foxy The Pirate Fox, and that these use much more safer technology, which will no longer have any springlock technology and will "not" be wearable, as wearable costumes will be separate. The tape also shows that the entire main area will be rearranged for the new animatronics. The tape continues by saying that if any patrons or customers will ask "Where did Fredbear and Spring Bonnie go?" or "Who are these new characters?", all employees are instructed to respond by the following; "Fredbear does not exist", "Spring Bonnie does not exist", "Nothing happened to anyone" and repeats "He does not exist" four times.

Golden Freddy appears, who is revealed to be Joseph Afton (Michael's younger brother) and is offended that everyone thinks he didn't exist and questions Michael if he really is sorry and that if he really loves him, but he knows that his older brother is lying. As Golden Freddy goes closer, Joseph tells Michael that he doesn't love him either and that he will take Michael with him so that he will know how it feels to stop existing. A reversed music plays as the tape ends.

Animated Cartoon[]

This tape shows an animated cartoon called "The Missing Member Mystery", featuring Freddy, Bonnie, Chica, and Foxy. After Chica finishes making pizza for all of them, Chica asks why are there two extra chairs when there were only four them, but the others brushed it off as a "strange coincidence". Later, Chica goes to a room full of boxes and finds a poster of the group and two blacked out figures(unbeknownst to her, are Fredbear and Spring Bonnie) much to her confusion. A music box plays and a door from the dining area opens. As Chica enters, the door closes and turning her from cartoon to her animatronic form.

Footage of a field of flowers play with a Fredbear plushie saying "Tomorrow is another day". It abruptly switches to a scene of flames, with Golden Freddy (Joseph Afton) saying "we're never getting out", and shows what appears to be Joseph's soul inside Fredbear. An image of a Foxy mask (likely used by Michael during the Bite of 83) and the Puppet appears. Joseph leaves a message for Charlie (The Puppet), telling her that she is wrong and that Michael is a monster, as he is the reason on why his head is missing parts. He then proceeds to rant about how everyone pretended like nothing happened, like he didn't exist, and tells Charlie what makes her think that Michael changed and saying that Michael will set them free will just hurt them more. Joseph then leaves a message to Nicole (Freddy), Lucas (Bonnie), Angie (Chica), and Benjamin (Foxy). Joseph tells them that they will be stuck in their suits forever, telling them to accept it as he had accepted it and that he doesn't want to be alone.

Memories[]

This tape starts with a slowed/reverb version of Al Bowlly's song "This is Romance" and shows images of the following; The main cast of Freddy, Bonnie, Chica, and Foxy, A poster of the group with the blacked out figures of Spring Bonnie and Fredbear, a darkened picture of the main dining area, and William Afton wearing a Spring Bonnie suit.

A cassette recording made by William Afton plays, with him telling the listener that they had found a cassette tape hidden inside his bedroom. Afton, without hesitation, confesses on being responsible for the disappearance and murders of the Five Missing Children of Freddy's. William then explains on how much he loved Joseph more than his eldest son, Michael, claiming that he was a "terrible kid" and "not worth his time". This resulted in Michael "tormenting" Joseph, eventually accidentally killed his younger brother by stuffing his younger brother's head on Fredbear's mouth, this incident would be known as the Bite of 83. This made William having the urge to kill Michael, but if he does this, he will get caught. William, wanting a release, had the idea to find kids that reminded him of Michael's attitude. He went to Freddy Fazbear's Pizza four times where lured and killed five children, claiming that it was "hell for them, and it was heaven for him". William then threatens the listener (likely to be Michael) that he regularly checks the tape to see if it has moved, adding that he can tell the "slightest difference". He then tells Michael to put it back, and to start running.

Finale[]

The tape begins with dates and audio recordings made by William Afton after he suffered a springlock failure.

• 3/24/1993: William weakly says that the locks of his suit had snapped shut while he was wearing it. He says that it hurts for him to stand up, and that doesn't know how long he will be trapped inside.
• 3/29/1993: William is surprised to know that the animatronics are still alive, thinking someone must have put them back together. He assures that the pizzeria is still closed, and wonders that people thinks he is still dead, or that they just hate him so much. He then says that the kids he killed are just like Michael and that they deserved it.
• 7/20/1993: William bets that the souls of the children he killed are wondering why are they still not in heaven yet. He then says that the reason is that God doesn't care about justice, or what's right or wrong. He hopes that God is treating Joseph well.
• 11/12/1993: William yells for Michael to rescue him from the room he is trapped. This audio was heard earlier in "Night Security Training Video"
• 11/13/1993: William hypocritically asks Michael on how could he just betray his own father. He then tells Michael that he hates him, and promises to hurt Michael if he finds him.
• 6/5/2002: William curses himself for being stuck inside the room, and hypocritically curses everyone.
• 10/6/2008: William, much to his happiness, was found and moved to a new location full of items from Freddy Fazbear's Pizza(Fazbear's Fright), he then dares Michael to come visit him and that he will give his son the warmest welcome.
• 10/14/2008: Springtrap appears with him saying "I See You"

Now inside Fazbear's Fright, Michael, under the guidance Charlie(The Puppet), warns him to keep his match alight and be ready to face William. Springtrap appears, but before anything can happen, Michael drops the match, setting the whole place on fire, condemning William to hell for good. As a result, Michael died during the fire, but he and the rest of the souls are freed, and finally earned Joseph's forgiveness.

The tape ends in a white background with an obituary of the following:

• Lucas Collins 1975-1985 (10 years old) and Angie Collins 1979-1985 (6 years old)
• Benjamin Nelson 1973-1985 (12 years old)
• Charlie Emily 1973-1984 (11 years old)

This tape starts Schubert's Serenade playing. Springtrap appears looking down and standing still, as images of a Foxy and Circus Baby are shown, likely representing his eldest son and only daughter, Michael and Elizabeth Afton. Later on, William's purple head appears along with a purple Springtrap before the tape stops. It then shows Springtrap twitching, along with images of Five children, William Afton himself, and a eyeless Spring Bonnie. The tape ends with Springtrap looking towards the viewer.

sad_girl.mp4[]

This tape shows Circus Baby standing still in a dark room, as a female voice talks about a little girl(Elizabeth Afton) who wanted ice cream, but was always turned down by her father (William Afton). As "she was so sad" is being repeated, Circus Baby's eyes slowly looks directly towards the viewer, until the lights turn off with only Elizabeth's eyes glowing. The voice questions, "Who could ever love a girl, like Elizabeth?" before Circus Baby jump scares the viewer.

This tape shows Balloon Boy standing in a dark room looking left and right about three times. Afterwards, Balloon Boy stares at the viewer as his eyes shrink, before briefly showing his face contorted. A pixelated version of Balloon Boy appears for 5 seconds and jump scares the viewer, but the tape glitches out.

birthday_boy.mp4[]

This tape starts with Funtime Freddy (with Bon Bon on his right hand) standing in a dark room. A "Happy Birthday" tune starts playing as Funtime Freddy moves around, before stopping in the darkness with only his eyes visible. Afterwards, Funtime Freddy goes towards the viewer and opens his face plates, revealing a smiling child within.

This tape shows the office from FNAF 1. As the security guard turns towards the door to the left and flashes his flashlight, Bonnie appears and kills the guard.

power_outage.mp4[]

Similar to bonnie.mp4, the tape starts inside the office of FNAF 1. However, the power of the pizzeria goes out and Freddy appears with his iconic music box, before killing the security guard.
